Where to begin! Atkinson Law Office truly turned an unfortunate experience into a calming, organized, and just outcome/experience. I got cited with a DUI back in 2021, and as you can imagine, I was extremely scared and unsure of what was going to happen or how to handle the situation. I reached out to Atkinson Law for help and guidance and immediately heard back from Craig. Craig calmed all my concerns and anxieties and told me a plan of action moving forward, which we got started on right away. He not only felt like a lawyer during that time but also a support system. He answered ALL questions I had, which were a lot, and reassured me through all my anxiety. He was very professional as well and organized with the filing of paperwork, setting up dates for pre-trial conferences and appointments, and having everything ready when needing to speak to the prosecutor and judge during those meetings, resulting in the best outcome overall. When all of it was over, Craig was still available through the 2 years leading up to the end of my probation for any questions I had on how to reinstate my license, obtain the correct insurance, etc. I highly recommend Craig and his services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation! After a good amount of time searching around and meeting with attorneys for my DUI case, I decided to work with Craig Atkinson, which I'm happy to say was one of the best decisions I made in this process. Mr. Atkinson is professional in every regard, friendly, and easy to work with. As I'm sure anyone who's looking at this review already knows, this is a tough time that can leave you feeling down, embarrassed, and confused, especially if you've never had to deal with criminal cases before. He helped me navigate the case with clarity, timely responses, robust follow-up to my questions, and easy steps that made me confident that I would get through this. He also recommends some very good people when you have to meet with people to complete the necessary sentencing steps (drug and alcohol evaluation comes to mind). Without vivid detail, he was able to get my case argued down to the minimum sentencing and very early removal of the interlock device in my car. I don't believe I would've been let off so easily with any attorney other than Mr. Atkinson and I'm grateful that I was able to work with him. I won't ever commit another crime, hinting that I won't need law services any longer, so the least I can do is enthusiastically leave a good review and I will recommend him to friends and family if the situation (hopefully never) arises. Craig was absolutely great! Feb 9, 2023

Craig at Atkinson Law Office helped with a DUI first-time offense that I received in 08/2021. Craig was absolutely great throughout the whole process. I did research and called around 10 different attorneys. I am extremely happy I chose Craig! He was very communicative and quick to respond to all my emails and questions. He charged me a one-time flat fee that covered everything for the DUI (not including if it goes to trial). During my hearings, he was very prepared! Because of his advice, I was able to be proactive and get a few things done before sentencing. I think because of that the judge looked favorably on me and gave me 24 hours of community service instead of 32 hours, which was a huge plus. Having Craig as my attorney was wonderful! It helped a lot in a difficult time. If you need an attorney for a DUI, choose Craig! You won't be disappointed.
